Hi! I'm Amanda! 

I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Women's Fitness Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist,  Pre/Postnatal Fitness Coach, Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach, and hold a Master's of Science in Health & Kinesiology from Purdue University.  I've been working with women to improve their health and  fitness for over 15 years.  I coach women who haven't worked out in awhile (or ever) and don't know how to get started.  I teach women simple movements and small habit changes that can be consistently implemented so they can gain strength and confidence.
