Owner, Certified Personal Trainer

I'm Amanda! I'm an NASM certified personal trainer in Lafayette, Indiana. The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) is nationally recognized as one of the leaders in the field. I have a Master’s Degree in Health & Kinesiology from Purdue University where I specialized in Sport & Exercise Psychology. My education has given me insight into the motivational processes that are responsible for reaching your fitness goals.

I have been helping women lead healthier lives since 2008 and I started Metamorphic Fitness in 2009 with the idea of creating a space to exclusively meet the fitness needs of women with a combination of small group fitness and personal training. I have found that many women do not like the traditional gym environment and are instead seeking a place where they can accomplish their fitness goals with short workouts, social support, expert individualized guidance, and lack of judgement. Metamorphic Fitness was created to be just that place!

I promise to build a relationship and provide you with personalized motivation, instruction, and challenge to help you to get the most out of your small group workouts. I will not only lead you toward your fitness goals, but will give you the start you need to begin your lifelong fitness journey with the help of personal training and a fitness community.


Nina Deno

I am a Dance Fitness Instructor with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. I'm recently finished my Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Purdue University and actively studying to become a NASM certified personal trainer. My personal fitness interests include Dance Fitness in the forms of Ballet, Jazz and Modern dance. In recent years I have expanded my fitness interests to include weight lifting and marathon running. I enjoy helping and challenging women to become stronger and more confident through all types of fitness. I can't wait to meet you and be a part of your fitness journey!

Sara Long

"​I'm Sara! I have worked at MetFit since August of 2016. I recently got back from basic training with the Indiana Army National Guard and will be continuing my Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Management. I'm looking forward to teaching more classes and training individually!

Some of my hobbies include dancing, working out at home and in the gym, and being around my friends/family! I love to help women reach their goals and build confidence in themselves and their bodies! Come in and schedule with me!"
