Fitness Classes

Are you tired of crowded classes in the big gyms? Try our small, group fitness classes instead! We offer small class sizes so you can receive the attention you deserve from our trainers regarding proper form and performance. Our small class sizes offer more accountability than a big gym can. We provide a personalized one-on-one approach while still providing the small class setting you enjoy. These classes are constantly changing so you don’t get tired of the same, boring routine. Current classes include AM Boot Camp, Boot Camp, Cardio MIX, Core Cuts, Pound, and many more rotating classes.

AM Boot Camp
Start your day off right as you transform your body (and your morning) with this full-body workout centered around strength training.

Balanced Body
This functional session is designed to improve your everyday balance, flexibility, and reduce stress.

Body Blast
Focus on heavy weights to increase muscle definition and strength. High intensity cardio moves, kickboxing, and other full body exercises will be added to finish with a nice burn. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

Boot Camp
Tone your entire body with this circuit-style workout that incorporates free-weights and cardio, targeted to define all areas.

Cardio Mix
Traditional cardio routines get a high intensity makeover in this boredom-busting session. Each session is a different MIX of cardio & core workouts combined to get you maximum results.

Core Cuts
Specifically designed to work the core by pairing challenging abdominal exercises with short bursts of cardio. This class is designed to get maximum results in minimum time.

Strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Rotating Classes
We like to keep things fresh with a variety of classes and guest instructors.

Consultation & Assessment

Your initial meeting with one of our personal trainers will include a discussion of your personal fitness goals, your medical history, and your previous exercise history. We will also help to determine the best program for your goals and your budget. Our team of professional personal trainers is dedicated to building a personal relationship with you, so that we can use a hybrid program of personal training and small group fitness classes to target your individualized fitness goals.

Personal Training

This is a private workout with your certified personal trainer. We will design a workout based around your current fitness level and your individual fitness goals – no cookie-cutter programs here! We will emphasize proper exercise techniques, continuous feedback of progress, and make adjustments to your program so you continue to get the best results. We set up times that work for your schedule so that you can train 2 to 3 times per week.

Nutrition Consultation & Plan

We know that nutrition is the key to living your fitness lifestyle and obtaining your personal fitness goals, which is why our basic nutrition plan is included with all of our training packages. We are passionate about working with you one-on-one to develop a nutrition plan specifically created for you to help you meet your unique fitness goals and to fit your lifestyle. We know that pairing our hybrid program of personal training and group fitness with a professional nutrition plan is the best way to reach your fitness goals.

There are more comprehensive nutrition plans available upon request, for an additional fee.
